Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

1.1 Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 business days. Shipping cost: 4.20 SGD.
  • Express Shipping: 3 business days. Shipping cost: 5.00 SGD.

2. Order Processing

2.1 Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2.2 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

3.1 You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

4.1 ASPrint is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

1.2 To be eligible for a return, we have to verify that the printed material is spoiled or that the quality is not as expected, and that it is in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Return Process

2.1 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2.2 There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

3.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or the method you agreed, within a certain amount of days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

4.1 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5.2 Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@the-asp.com.

6. Sale Items (if applicable)

6.1 Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

7. Exchanges (if applicable)

7.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@the-asp.com.

8. Shipping Returns

8.1 To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we provided to you.

8.2 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

8.3 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

8.4 If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
